🔥 Summer Picnic 2024 Needs 🔥

1) Grill masters/chefs
We need volunteers as our grill/chef masters. If you are willing to help the community, please contact the Ugamn committee.

2) Anybody with a grill
If you have a grill, please bring it so we can help the community enjoy this summer picnic.

3) Transport of grills
We need to transport grills to the park, so any volunteers with a vehicle would be appreciated.

4) Kids Sports organizers
Volunteers with kids’ organizations, activities, and sports fun for the community children.

5) Set up | Clean up volunteers
Volunteers will help with setup and cleanup after the picnic.

6) Event coordinators
Volunteers who will be responsible for event and activities coordination. So that everything runs smoothly.

7) Music | DJ Services
Volunteers are needed to provide entertainment – DJ services for our community and entertain our children. Work with event coordinators to facilitate sound and microphones.

8) Suggestions/Planning needed
Please help advise us and help where you can. Send us any input as you can.
